INTEGRATED COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (UPGRADE OF SAP ECC TO S/4 HANA); PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO. UEGCL/SPLS/25-26/22338/22724

1. Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited has allocated funds for the acquisition of INTEGRATED COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (UPGRADE OF SAP ECC TO S/4 HANA)

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open international bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8 from 8:00am to 5:00pm on working days.

5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 8 and from payment of a non-refundable fee of USX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings one hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be in the bank on UEGCL A/C No. 9030011177327, Stanche Bank upon which bidders shall be presented a bank slip as proof of payment. The document will be issued electronically upon presentation of a receipt of payment.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8 at or before 11:00am on 17th December, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of USX 30,000,000s (Uganda Shillings Thirty Million Only) for each of the Lots and these shall be in form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee. Bid securities must be valid until 28th April 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8 at 11:30am on 17th December 2025.
