JOB DETAILS:

Job Duties:

1. Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that align with the organization’s mission.
2. Lead efforts to diversify revenue streams through new product offerings, programs, or collaborations.
3. Conduct ongoing market research to inform growth and scale-up strategies for existing and future programs.

KPIs:

• New partnerships formed
• Strategy milestones met
• Revenue from new streams
• Stakeholder engagement score

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in publishing, education, or non-profit sectors.
• Strong skills in partnership building, strategy execution, and market analysis.
