About the Client

Our client is specialized in supply and apply Inspection and audit service for lifting equipment, tubular, rig equipment, in process inspection and pipeline baseline surveys.

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, clean, and orderly operation of mini-camp facilities (including accommodation, offices, catering, and public areas), providing a comfortable and healthy living and working environment for all personnel on site, and managing the catering crew.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and POB management of all mini-camp facilities (accommodation, offices, catering, sanitation, etc.), ensuring efficiency and order.
  • Directly manage the catering crew, responsible for their work assignment, scheduling, guidance, training, and performance supervision.
  • Develop and implement the mini-camp’s daily operating schedules, workflows, and service standards.
  • Responsible for the requisition, receipt, inventory management, and distribution of supplies (food, consumables), controlling costs and preventing waste.
  • Be responsible for camp POB (Personnel on Board) management. Serve as the primary point of contact, promptly addressing and resolving all requests and complaints from camp occupants.
  • Be fully responsible for camp check-in, check-out, and bunk allocation, as well as the management of room keys.
  • Maintaining close communication with the Rig Superintendent, Company Representative, and logistics departments to ensure timely supply and smooth information flow.
  • Supervise the entire process of catering services, ensuring food preparation, cooking, and serving comply with hygiene, nutrition, quality, and safety standards.
  • Lead the service team in executing cleaning and disinfection of the kitchen, dining area, and food storage areas, ensuring compliance with HSE and food sanitation regulations.
  • Lead the service team in executing laundry services, public area cleaning, and kitchen waste collection and disposal, ensuring compliance with environmental requirements.
  • Organize and participate in regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and ensure all camp activities strictly adhere to safety regulations.
  • Responsible for maintaining all camp operation records and regularly preparing/submitting operational reports covering occupancy, material consumption, service issues, and improvement suggestions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • College degree or above is preferred
  • At least 2 years’ service management experience.
  • 2 years in similar position
  • Work actively, integrity, good conduct.
  • Possesses service management skills and the ability to use office software.
