JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, food preparation surfaces, and floors.
• Manage kitchen waste disposal and recycling.
• Ensure the dishwashing area is organized and clean at all times.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks like peeling vegetables, as needed.
• Support the kitchen team by maintaining a constant supply of clean equipment.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy items.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a hot, humid, and busy environment.
• A strong understanding of and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
