Job summary: To be in charge of all activities related to Innovative communication, ICT management Information and Programming of Capital Solutions organizational goals.
Key responsibilities Duty/responsibility: Full Time
50% of time will be dedicated to Innovative Communications
(i) Communication plan: Enhance and implement an annual communications plan to guide CSL on any strategic and activity communications for all departments.
(ii) Media: Social media to actively manage all social media platforms for CSL including (Website, You-tube, Facebook, Twitter(X), LinkedIn, Instagram, podcasts publishing on anchor, TikTok, WhatsApp groups among others) to ensure the organizational communication is timely, strategic and accurate with updated content, communicating feedback in comments from external persons and actively engaging content.
(iii) Mass media Communication; Run and manage mass media engagements such as TV, Radio, and Newspapers articles to ensure CSL brand is visible to attract investors and partners.
(iv) PR role: To lead on all CSL PR role through organizing all media press conferences, statements and ensure CSL is visible and be a spokesperson for CSL in appointment by the CEO .
(v) Lead on issuing quarterly Newsletters and annual reports through timely preparation of documentation to support this
(vi) Take Staff meeting minutes and develop tracking actions weekly.
(vii) Train staff on current communication strategy policies to ensure compliance quarterly
(viii) Manage the CSL photography , videography , documentary shooting for all occasions closely working with other departmental heads
(ix) Manage external service providers on events like live streaming, Media ,photographers and printers
(x) Work with CEO and other team members to design innovative solutions for Social Entrepreneurs
(xi) Attend any meetings on behalf of CSL
(xii) Professionally represent the CSL brand and confidentially guard the information of CSL.
Percentage of time (50%) ICT:
(i) Implement the ICT policy for the company
(ii) Manage the Company emails, website back management to ensure its up to date
(iii) Manage the storage data and back up of data monthly on external drives and iCloud
(iv) Manage the tracking system for all company logins
(v) Conduct routine computer cleans ups and maintenance
(vi) Routine machines repair and maintenance coordination.
(vii) Update CSL computers with antivirus, Microsoft and back up in secure spaces
(viii) Participate in capacity enhancement training for the role
(ix) Support the CEO ‘s office as a personal Assistant daily to manage the calendar, meeting bookings and travel schedules.
Educational Requirements:
1. The minimum education level to successfully perform the job is a Bachelors’ degree in Mass communication with bias in digital, graphic designing, Bachelor’s degree in ICT with bias in digital communication, data and systems management or any other related discipline.
2. The Applicant must be a flexible individual with willingness to learn and work with an agile team.
3. The candidate must have good writing and oral communication skills, flexibility, innovative, Knowledge of multiple social media management.
4. Must be willing and flexible to learn on the job.
5. Additional skills: Photography, website management, videography, podcast recording, content creating. 6. Good networking skills, report writing, mass media engagement and Indentureship.
