Deputy Rector at Greenhill Schools, Kibuli and Buwaate

Are you a transformational leader passionate about educational excellence and institutional growth?
Greenhill Schools is seeking a Deputy Rector to support strategic leadership across our campuses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic oversight and visionary leadership.
2. Drive curriculum innovation, quality teaching, and student performance.
3. Oversee institutional planning, budgeting, and compliance.
4. Lead and mentor the Senior Management Team.
5. Enhance quality assurance in teaching and examinations.
6. Build strong stakeholder and parent engagement.

Requirements

1. Master’s degree in Education or related field.
2. Minimum 15 years’ experience, 10 in senior leadership within education.
3. Strong skills in leadership, communication, academic management, and innovation.
