Job Summary
The Employee Relationship Supervisor is responsible for fostering positive employee relations by promoting a productive work environment, resolving workplace conflicts, managing disciplinary processes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Investigate workplace complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
- Promote employee engagement and workplace harmony.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
- Coordinate employee welfare and engagement initiatives.
- Support conflict resolution and mediation efforts.
- Prepare employee relations reports and documentation.
- Participate in negotiations where applicable.
- Conduct awareness sessions on workplace policies and ethics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field.
- Relevant experience in employee relations or industrial relations.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
