REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in F&B operations (Manager:5+ years; Supervisor:2-4 years)
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L accountability
- Proven success in menu planning, vendor relations, and sourcing
- Ability to develop and implement SOPs and staff training programs
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Experience coordinating with kitchen, event planning, and marketing teams
