JOB DETAILS:

Overview:
You will oversee the operation & maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in a high-rise office tower. This role ensures that all building systems function efficiently to support tenant comfort and operational continuity.

Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building - Services Engineering

• 3+ years' experience in commercial/high-rise facilities maintenance
• Solid knowledge of:
  • HVAC & chilled water systems
  • Elevators & backup power (generators, UPS)
  • Fire safety systems & BMS tools
• Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & fire protection systems

• Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS)
• Ensure elevator functionality & coordinate service inspections
• Respond to maintenance issues with minimal disruption
• Keep detailed records of repairs & maintenance
• Enforce safety & building regulations
• Supervise service providers & contractors
