Description

World Bank is hiring Field Enumerators through DECDI’s Planet Impact Lab for a research project supporting smallholder coffee farmers through an Al-powered advisory tool for climate-smart agriculture.

The Field Enumerators will collect household survey data and deliver extension training using Al-powered tools directly with coffee farming communities, with a baseline and follow-up survey in the coming months.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Fluency in Luganda (spoken, written, and reading) – absolute requirement
  • Prior field data collection experience
  • Experience working with or knowledge of coffee farming is an advantage
