This role is responsible for overseeing the full fleet management experience, including non-agricultural operations and other managerial tasks. As a key contributor to our business development, you will ensure operational excellence, drive relationships with stakeholders, and implement proactive procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fleet Deployment & Utilization:
- Develop and present fleet performance reports, focusing on deployment strategies and utilization metrics.
- Design and maintain real-time training systems to ensure efficient deliveries and operational workflows.
Team Coordination & Compliance:
3. Lead and coordinate team activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective transport solutions.
4. Oversee audits and reviews of fleet operations, including safety, maintenance, and compliance with health regulations.
5. Address employee needs and collaborate with contractors and staff to resolve issues.
6. Enforce company policies related to conduct, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Logistics Planning & Optimization:
7. Optimize delivery schedules, cross-border logistics, and vehicle allocation to support business growth.
8. Liaise with third-party logistics providers to meet operational demands.
9. Ensure all logistics documentation complies with legal and regulatory standards.
Workshop Coordination:
10. Partner with the Wellbeing (Komoper) team to guarantee timely vehicle servicing, inspections, and availability.
11. Contribute to maintenance planning discussions to ensure fleet readiness and reliability.
