JOB DETAILS:
Summary
• The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner will be responsible for supporting Line Managers in the execution of all employee lifecycle activities ranging from Recruitment all the way to exit processes. This role holder will also be the Company’s subject matter expert on specific areas of HR practice including Learning and Development, Organization Development (including culture change programs), and employee engagement.
• The role holder will partner with the relevant internal & external stakeholders to support the business meet its objectives and create an enabling work environment that drives a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities /Key
Deliverables

• Develop, implement & track the learning and development strategy aligned to the Talent Management strategy and business development tools (training calendar for general employees, Critical roles, successors, High value talent, TMR actions, IDPs )
• Design, implement, monitor the learning and development framework to ensure that employees are equipped with the required skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform their assigned tasks and facilitate employee growth.
• Enhance & implement the leadership Development
• Implement and review Personal Development Plans for critical and key talent
• Tracking ROI on all development initiatives including trainings conducted
• Facilitate training programs such as New Hire Orientation, New Manager Training, other Human Resources related training.
• Prepare Annual Training and Development Budget.
• Vendor relationship management
• Develop a pool of development / training facilitators to support the training calendar
• Support the Head of HR in implementing Employee Engagement and Organization Culture initiatives
• Manage & implement a comprehensive onboarding plan, process aligned to the new work environment
• Ensure all employees understand both the international & local policies and compliance certificates
• Develop reports for all the above sections to key stakeholders for strategic decision making that fully communicate to the business the impact/ benefit/ risks.

Context And Environment
Approximately100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Approximately 5-10% travel will be required in support of the positions responsibilities.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 12kgs.
