JOB DETAILS:
As the Head of Community/Supply, your role will involve overseeing and managing the community and supply chain functions within an organization.

Responsibilities
• Community Engagement Strategy: Developing and implementing a community engagement strategy to foster a strong and vibrant driver and truck owner community around the organization's products, services, or brand. This includes defining goals, identifying target audiences, and creating initiatives to engage and connect with community members.
• Community Management: Managing and nurturing the organization's community by facilitating communication, addressing inquiries or concerns, and fostering positive interactions. This involves monitoring social media platforms, forums, and other community channels, as well as organizing events, webinars, or meetups to encourage participation and knowledge sharing.
• User Support and Advocacy: Acting as a liaison between the organization and its supply community members, providing timely and helpful support to address their needs, concerns, or feedback. Additionally, fostering user advocacy by identifying and empowering community champions who can advocate for the organization's products or
• services.
• Community Growth and Expansion: Implementing strategies and initiatives to grow the community and expand its reach. This includes outreach campaigns, partnerships with relevant organizations, and leveraging social media or online marketing to attract new members and increase community engagement. This will further entail building and maintaining a database of suppliers.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring their performance. This includes conducting supplier assessments, managing supplier compliance, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluating and improving community management and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. This may involve implementing technology solutions, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating reports to track the success and impact of community and supply chain initiatives. Analyzing data and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth or optimization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus in transport economics.
• Proven experience in community management or a similar role, with a track record of building and nurturing engaged communities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve community goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with community members, stakeholders, and partners.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative initiatives to drive community growth and engagement.
• Analytical skills to measure community metrics and KPIs and derive actionable insights.
• Proficient in community management platforms and tools, as well as social media platforms and digital communication channels.
• Passionate about building inclusive communities and fostering a sense of belonging among members.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in community management.
• This position is open to remote workers as well.
