St. Mary's College Kisubi invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed pre-qualification submissions/expressions of interest for supplies, services and works detailed below.

• Uniforms, curtains, protective wear and carpets 14 Standard reference textbooks
• Supply and maintenance of Generators
• Petroleum products and lubricants
CATEGORY B (Services).
• Fumigation Engraving
• Repair & Maintenance of motor vehicles & Cycles
• Repair of Kitchen Equipment
• Compound maintenance
CATEGORY C (Works)
• Kitchen Construction works
• Welding works
• Water works
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Procurement and Disposal Unit, St. Mary's College Kisubi and inspect the pre-qualification document at the address given below, from 8.30 a.m.-5.00 p.m.
The pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UShs. 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One hundred thousand only).
The method of payment will be through bank paid at STANBIC bank A/C NO. 9030005915928 and thereafter get a receipt from college Bursar. The document may thereafter be collected from the Procurement and Disposal Unit, upon presentation of the receipt. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
The firms already prequalified by St. Mary's College Kisubi are advised to also apply to allow/enable the school verify their current status on compliance (updating).
Pre-qualification submissions must be delivered to the address below at or before Sept 01, 2023 at 10:00am. Late submissions shall be rejected.
