Primary Responsibility:
The Key Accounts Executive is responsible and accountable for ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process by building strong client relationships, meeting client demands, and managing recruitment operations, ultimately contributing to revenue generation and successful candidate placements.
Roles and responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with client representatives to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
- Generate revenues from recruitment accounts by delivering on client demands and expanding existing client relationships.
- Develop and execute approved recruitment plans and budgets. Present detailed recruitment plans and budget reports to management for review and approval.
- Grow and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates for current and future recruitment needs.
- Plan and deliver candidate assessments, including pre-interview assessments, technical assessments, oral assessments, and pre-employment background checks.
- Efficiently manage all recruitment-related data and administrative documents within the unit
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any other business discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience in handling demanding recruitment or talent acquisition needs in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent understanding of customer relationship management processes.
- High integrity and ethical standards.
- Analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with excellent influencing skills.
- High level of Initiative and problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good time-management skills.
