JOB DETAILS:

The Deputy Head of School will work closely with the Head of School to provide effective, dynamic and inspirational leadership to a team of motivated teaching and non-teaching staff to deliver a well-rounded education to our students.

Responsibilities
1. Deputize the Head of School
2. To support the Head of School in the overall administration and management of the school
3. Drive high-performance expectations from the Heads of Departments and other staff
4. Organize and assist in the management and implementation of the curriculum
5. Finance Management and overseeing the school budget
6. Work closely with the Board of Governance, Parent Teacher Organisation, Heads of Departments and Head of School to develop plans to initiate and meet the strategic goals of the school

Requirements/ Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Education or any related field
2. Masters’ Degree in Education, School Management or a related field is an added advantage
3. Extensive leadership experience of over 7 years
4. Experience with the IB curriculum is an added advantage
5. Good planning and organisational skills
6. Must be a passionate and committed individual with strong leadership skills

JOB DETAILS:

The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate all the installation, repair and maintenance works on the school premises and oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team to ensure the campus is clean and safe.

Responsibilities
1. Determine maintenance and repair works that need to be done on the school premises
2. Oversee and organize the schedule and work of the maintenance staff
3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team and supervise auxiliary staff
4. Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
5. Assists with budget estimates and costs of specific repair and maintenance projects.

Requirements/ Qualifications
1. Diploma in building and civil engineering, plumbing or any related field required
2. At least five years of maintenance experience required
3. Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc.
4. Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent planning and organizational skills
7. Excellent management and supervisory skills
