  • Completes CAP assessments for quality as required
  • Interacts with lab technicians, production and operational teams on an ongoing basis to identify coaching needs
  • On an ongoing or ad hoc basis coach's lab technicians and production teams on quality and quality analysis
  • Inter-lab Error Control 
  • Reference sample management
  • ERI results recorded, and process managed
  • Maintenance and calibration records
  • Adherence to manualized calibration frequencies
  • TQA/In Trade Product Assessment Report
  • Trade Returns/Customer complaints
  • Trade visit feedback

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Microbiology or equivalent
  • Min – 3-6 months on the job training
  • 2-3 Years in Laboratory, Brewing or Packaging operation
