Job Description
Nexus Prime is hiring a qualified, passionate, and detail-oriented Pharmacist on behalf of our client in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will assist in managing prescriptions, dispensing medications, and providing expert guidance on the safe use of drugs.
Key Responsibilities
● Dispense prescription medications to patients accurately and efficiently
● Provide patient counseling on proper medication usage, side effects, and storage
● Review prescriptions for accuracy and legality as per health regulations
● Maintain up-to-date patient medication records
● Ensure proper storage and labeling of all pharmaceutical products
● Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
● Comply with all legal, professional, and ethical pharmaceutical standards
● Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review and improve medication plans
● Participate in ongoing pharmacy-related training and development
● Provide excellent customer service and handle queries with professionalism
Required Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
● No prior experience required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
● Good knowledge of pharmacological principles and pharmaceutical calculations
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
● Customer-focused with a caring and empathetic attitude
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Willingness to learn and grow within the role
● Registered or eligible for registration with the National Pharmacy Board or relevant authority is a very big advantage
