JOB DETAILS:

Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Principal Physical Planner for performing the following duties:-

-      Making reports on plans for Metropolitan Area’s physical development;

-      Monitoring adherence to the Town and County Planning Act, 1964 and other relevant laws;

-      Providing assistance in drawing structural land use layouts;

-      Collecting information and compiling reports on major building and infrastructure developments in the Metropolitan Area;

-     Updating the Ministry on demarcation of plots in City Wards;

-     Inspecting structures/buildings in the Metropolitan Area as directed and producing reports on compliance with the land use plans;

-    Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
