Job Summary:

This role involves conducting market research, delivering product knowledge training, enrollingcustomers and driving sales, coordinating market activation activities, providing after-sales
support to clients and developing market shares for MHS products.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to new and existingcustomers to increase sales.
  2. Accurately record and present product performance data and customer feedback support sales efforts and product development.
  3. Assist clients with inventory planning and recommend appropriate lab supplies anconsumables based on their needs.
  4. Support the internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activation
  5. Carry out market analysis and identify new markets for MHS products.
  6. Participate in marketing promotions and education of the public on MHS products.
  7. Conduct market research to identify the product performance and open markets for new products.
  8. Specify the products’ value proposition, positioning and messaging that is appropria for the market.
  9. Supporting the internal teams on the development of new products and giving feedback on the performance of the existing products.
  10. Develop a pricing strategy for MHS products.
  11. Create and submit progress reports to the immediate supervisor.
  12. Carry out any other tasks assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor any superior officer of MHS.

Qualifications and Work Experience

  1. Degree or Diploma in Laboratory Technology, from a recognized institution.
  2. Previous laboratory benchwork and sales experience of 5 years, preferably in a medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics setting.

Key Competencies

  1. Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
  2. Computer skills.
  3. Proficient in using laboratory equipment and diagnostic testing kits.
  4. Ability to conduct product training sessions and clearly communicate technical information to clients.
  5. Good negotiation skills.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  7. Understanding of regulatory and standards in the health industry.
