Job Duties:

  1. Oversee the full publishing pipeline, including editing, layout, design, and production.
  2. Collaborate with authors, illustrators, and editors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  3. Ensure all publications reflect values of inclusion, diversity, and alignment with relevant SDGs.

KPIs:

  • Number of books published
  • Quality score of publications
  • Adherence to editorial timelines
  • Author satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science, Literature, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven in editorial or publishing management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional creative teams
