On behalf of our client SINOPEC, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Mechanical Engineer (CPF)to work at site

Roles and Responsibilities

• Learn and master the Company OPERCOM system, implement mechanical system Pre-commissioning activities according to its requirements.
• Supervise construction team during flushing and cleaning of mechanical systems (piping, vessels, static and rotating equipment).
• Perform markup drawing for oil flushing etc.
• To complete, collect and review the check sheet of mechanical.
• Monitor execution of punch list clearing and ensure timely mechanical completion and turnover.
• Analyse test data and prepare test reports to ensure all data complies with design specifications and standards.
• Review and validate Mechanical design drawings, Inspection Test Records (ITRs), Method Statements, P&IDs and isometrics to ensure conformity with project specifications
• Ensure effective implementation of safety measures during the testing process to prevent any safety incidents
• Collaborate closely with Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning, and Operations teams to ensure system readiness and alignment with project milestones.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues that arise during testing and pre-commissioning.
• Timely and effective communication with Company, and other parties.

Required Qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial construction projects, preferably with static and rotating equipment.
• Proficient in Office Software, CAD, Navisworks (preference).
• Fluently read, write and speak the English Language.
• Other Certifications will be a plus.
