JOB PURPOSE:
To carry out activities that ensure adherence to relevant IT laws, regulations, standards, practices, policies, guidelines, and rules.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and report on adherence to the standards, policies, and practices.
- Review and follow-up on implementation of policies, standards, practices, and guidelines.
- Coordinate and report on User Acceptance Testing Exercises.
- Coordinate and report on responses to audits and assessments.
- Coordinate the implementation of changes on IT Systems in the production environment.
- Perform the role of the department budget officer assistant.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned/delegated by the Quality Assurance Team Leader to support the Bank's objectives.
EXPECTED OUTPUT
- Quality assessment reports
- Reports on review of IT policies, practices, and guidelines
- UAT reports
- Audit and assessment reports.
- Budget documents and reports
- Feasibility study reports
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- A First Class or Upper Second-Class degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering.
- Professional Certification in, Quality Management, Project Management, IT Service Management, Quality Assurance or related is added advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE
AGE:
- Applicants must not be above 30.0 years of age as at close of the advert.
