JOB PURPOSE:

To carry out activities that ensure adherence to relevant IT laws, regulations, standards, practices, policies, guidelines, and rules.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and report on adherence to the standards, policies, and practices.
  • Review and follow-up on implementation of policies, standards, practices, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate and report on User Acceptance Testing Exercises.
  • Coordinate and report on responses to audits and assessments.
  • Coordinate the implementation of changes on IT Systems in the production environment.
  • Perform the role of the department budget officer assistant.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned/delegated by the Quality Assurance Team Leader to support the Bank's objectives.

  • Quality assessment reports
  • Reports on review of IT policies, practices, and guidelines
  • UAT reports
  • Audit and assessment reports.
  • Budget documents and reports
  • Feasibility study reports

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • A First Class or Upper Second-Class degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering.
  • Professional Certification in, Quality Management, Project Management, IT Service Management, Quality Assurance or related is added advantage.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • No experience required.

AGE:

  • Applicants must not be above 30.0 years of age as at close of the advert.
