Job Purpose
Designing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation Systems in the Authority
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1) Coordinating, Monitoring and evaluating the Research and Development system in the Authority;
2) To ensure preparation and implementation of annual work plans, programmes and budgets for the Authority;
3) Design and implement a comprehensive M&E system, including data collection methods, reporting formats, and data analysis tools;
4) Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to project progress and outcomes, using various methods and techniques;
5) Prepare regular reports on project progress, identify challenges, and communicate findings to stakeholder; and
6) Conduct evaluations to assess project effectiveness, impact, and sustainability, providing recommendations for improvement
Person specifications
a) Academic Qualifications A Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in a field relevant to M&E, such as public health, demography, statistics, economics, research methods, or public policy.
b) Work Experience
A minimum of 3 years' working experience in the relevant field in a reputable Institution.
