Description:
Seeking a skilled professional in adult learning to enhance youth employability. The role involves equipping facilitators to deliver soft skills and career readiness training to recent university graduates.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, HR, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of training experience, including at least 2 years in Trainer of Trainers (ToT) or coaching roles.
- Strong facilitation, mentorship, and digital skills.
