Job Summary
The Training & Talent Development Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee capabilities, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments.
- Develop annual learning and development plans.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Support performance improvement through coaching and mentoring programs.
- Maintain employee training records.
- Manage learning budgets and vendor relationships.
- Develop competency frameworks and career development pathways.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience in learning and development or talent management.
- Professional certification in Learning & Development is an added advantage.
