Role Context
Reporting to the Head of Agency of Recruitment, the Agency Recruitment Officer will be responsible for leading, guiding & coordinating the agent recruitment process Mbarara Branch. Drive awareness of Agent recruitment to Pillar 1 leaders, drive quality recruitment, source potential recruits, guide applicants through the online recruitment portal. Conduct branch business opportunity presentations, overseeing mini Bop’s, conducting recruitment needs analysis surveys with leaders and new agents, scheduling & coordinating Agency onboarding training and hand over sessions, and driving month 1 new intern activity.
Qualifications and Requirements
As the ideal resource for this role, the successful candidate will be an ardent team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skills, ability to successfully work in a high activity, fast paced environment, results orientated, excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word and microsoft excel, has excellent customer care skills, ability to be flexible in order to deliver required tasks, excellent time management skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
Principal Accountabilities:
- Collaboration with potential recruitment organisations
- Source for potential recruits
- Guide applicants through the online recruitment portal
- Organize and coordinate BOP (Business Opportunity Presentation)
- Continuously build content to drive recruitment at the branch
- Keep attendance registers for all applicants that attend BOP (soft copy/excel)
- Communicate to applicants on progress at the different stages of recruitment in a timely and cordial manner (Shortlisted applicants, applicants successful and not successful for training, applicants that can sign contracts)
- Conducting new agent on boarding training
- Liaise with RDP training to improve month 1 activity of interns
- Recruitment needs analysis surveys & recruitment content development to suit needs.
- On boarding training needs analysis surveys & training content development to suit needs.
- Driving new agent retention.
- Reporting & Analytics
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and submit daily BOP tracker, weekly and monthly training, recruitment, activity & licensing reports.
Other duties:
- Perform any other duties as may be required by Management
