JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose
Ensure safety and cleanliness of the assigned building Lock and unlock assigned buildings.

Key, Duties and Responsibilities
• Secure buildings when facilities are not in use;
• Check for unlocked doors and windows and report any unauthorized occupancy;
• Switch off lights and any other electrical appliances when not in use;
• Ensure that premises are clean and safe for other staff to do their respective duties;
• Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events;
• Report and supervise general maintenance, repairs and leakages within the unit;
• Supervise cleaners and security guards;
• Account for facilities and equipment as and when needed;
• Supply materials and equipment for use;
• Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of Advanced Level Certificate of Education;
• Police training will be an added advantage.

3 years’ relevant experience
