Job Name: Global Thematic Lead - Employment & Entrepreneurship.

Job Purpose: To shape VSO's global technical approach to employment, entrepreneurship enterprise development and job creation programmes, and to provide effective technical leadership to a globally dispersed network of programme staff and volunteers who delivery those Programme.
Help drive forward our Livelihoods strategy andsupport improvements in the quality and impact
of VSO's employment, entrepreneurship, enterprise and job creation programmes globally
• Including documenting, replicating and expanding effective approaches, In order to help more of the world's most vulnerable and marginalised people achieve their livelihoods aspirations.
Qualification: Master's in Development studies, Business Administration, and Entrepreneurship related studies with 5 years' training work experienced in Business Development
