Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and manage the company’s performance management system, including the performance cycle (goal setting, reviews and evaluations)
  • Goal alignment: Work with leadership and managers to ensure individual and team goals are aligned with strategic business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and execute staff development strategies, create and deliver training programs and conduct needs assessment to identify skill gaps.
  • Identify and create a pool of high potential employees and collaborate on succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to employees and managers on performance management processes and related issues
  • Gather and analyze performance data to identify trends, weaknesses and strengths and prepare data driven reports for senior management.
  • Develop, update and communicate policies and procedures related to performance management and development ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of programs and systems, gather feedback and make data driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Facilitate companywide communication and training to ensure consistent understanding and application of performance management principles.

Qualifications

  • A good University degree In Human resource management Or a good University degree in social sciences with a post graduate Diploma in Human resource Management

Details of experience

  • At least 2-3 years in a similar role
