Pazel Conroy Consulting is a development consultancy firm incorporated in Uganda with a regional presence in other African countries. The firm offers Consulting services such as Programme evaluation, Strategy development and Human Capital development.
As an Institutional Development Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with Local and regional clients to understand and address some of their most significant and most complex challenges and ultimately improve and drive valuable and sustainable business results. You will support organizations strengthen their internal structure, processes, and human resources to improve performance and achieve their goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in human resource or Organizational Development/Organizational Psychology/ MBA or related qualification
- Professional certifications in Human Resource Management or related areas are an added advantage.
- Minimum of Three years’ experience in providing advisory and consultancy services in areas of Organizational design, Recruitment and talent development, Change management, Culture and behavioural change, Leadership coaching and Talent Management.
- Relevant professional experience working in a consultancy firm is an added advantage.
Additional skills requirements:
- Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
- Be self-driven, agile and able to work with limited supervision.
- Have strong personal impact and resilience and be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
- Be able to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions.
- Be skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members and capable of motivating teams to maximize performance.
- Be confident and effective in recognizing and managing potential issues during assignments.
- Be up to date with essential technical and functional skills and with industry, business and leadership skills & knowledge - and share this expertise with others.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Build networks of prospective clients and develop leads for consultancy business.
- Develop a network of professionals who can work and support consultancy projects.
- Write proposals and concept notes for potential tenders
- make presentations to close business deals.
- Execute consultancy assignments in the areas of HR Structures, Change architecture, Organizational Design, Culture and behavioral change, Leadership and Coaching, and others.
- Make presentations and engage clients to concluded key engagements
- Build networks of prospective clients and develop leads for consultancy business.
