Job Summary:
Kiboko Enterprises
The Key Accounts Sales Representative manages relationships with high-value, strategic clients such as large supermarket chains, institutional buyers, and major wholesalers. The role focuses on negotiation, contract management, and driving volume through structured account management rather than daily route driving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers at assigned major accounts.
- Negotiate trading terms, contracts, and promotional agreements.
- Develop joint business plans (JBPs) with key accounts to achieve mutual growth targets.
- Ensure optimal product listing, distribution, shelf presence, and visibility within key accounts.
- Coordinate the execution of in-store promotions and merchandising activities.
- Analyze sales data for each account to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Resolve any issues related to deliveries, payments, or customer complaints promptly.
- Provide forecasts and detailed performance reports for each key account.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and financial acumen.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and able to work strategically with minimal supervision.
