On behalf of our client in the Oil & Gas Sector, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Lpg Sales Manager to work in Uganda

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Manager.

Supervises: Marketing Executives; Sales Representatives

Overview of Job Purpose

· Grow, build and protect the Hass Petroleum brand portfolio by implementing the quarterly and annual marketing plans, to achieve budgeted volume, market share and profit objectives. The incumbent is expected to efficiently and effectively implement Lubes marketing activities to achieve set volume and profitability targets for the business unit

Responsibilities

Key Responsibility Area

· Implement Business Unit Lubes marketing strategy in line with the group wide strategy

· Prospecting for new customers in line with the business strategy of growth in customer base

· Oversee achievement of Lubes volumetric objectives and ensures resources are allocated to achieve objectives

· Monitoring and analysis of Lubes sales volumes, market share trends and competitor activity

· Plans and organizes promotions and presentations to prospective customers.

· Maintain and manage customer relationships by offering consistent and prompt support

· Gathers and analyzes market research data to enhance business and brand growth

· Secure profitable accounts in industrial, commercial and institutions.

· Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing sales, expenses and margins.

· Ensure speedy customer complaints handling, feedback and follow up

· Follow through on customer order processing and ensure customer service levels are within set SLAs

· Prepare and maintain updated customer database and provide requisite reports

· Monitor stock levels of products and ensure product availability

· Competitor benchmarking and come up with appropriate interventions

· Ensures development and monitoring of individual MEs sales targets

· Track Inventory in key customer sites, placing orders and verifying receipt.

· Supports Marketing activities by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, new product information, and relaying customer services requests.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Academic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a business-related degree

· Professional qualification in Marketing e.g. CIM

Required Experience

· A Minimum of 4 years’ marketing experience, preferably in automotive and industrial, automotive aftermarket, OEM worshops, construction and mining equipment or in fleet

Required Skills

· Strong qualitative and analytical skills.

· Effective negotiation skills.

· Good organization skills.

· Communication skills.

· Strategic thinking and market focus.

· Excellent Interpersonal skills.

· Integrity and honesty.

· Excellent time management skills.
