Job Summary
The job holder shall provide essential After Sales Business through Marketing and Supply of Value Added Services (VAS).
He/She shall support the order and sales cycle to enhance business penetration, development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Increase the value-Added Services sales and ensure FY ABP is achieved as per target.
• Review sales performance against monthly targets, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Carry out bidding process for VAS and negotiate for contracts with customers.
• Reconcile and collect payments for sales done to credit customers
• Consistently meet with customers virtually and physically to obtain orders and feedback.
• Submit quality and timely daily / weekly/monthly Sales reports.
• Carry out market surveys
• Coordinate delivery of sold VAS to the Customers
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time


Minimum Qualification, Skills and Competencies:

• Degree in Business field, Mechanical Engineering, Sales and Marketing, ICT literate, Supply Chain, Financial Management or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with valuable experience in deciding margins and discounts as well as Key Account Management.
• An indepth knowledge of automobile area, a good communicator, analytical with organizational skills, Collaborator, result oriented and professional with valid driving permit.

Job Summary:
The job holders shall build businesses in the respective brands by promoting any of the following products (1) FORCE MOTORS, [2] INTRA V20, and [3] TATA TRUCKS & BUSES to customers and shall negotiate deals with the aim of maximizing sales.


Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Mapping markets and identifies customers/segments for Tata Brands - FORCE MOTORS, INTRA V20, OR TATA TRUCKS/ BUSES.
• Develops corporate and retail customers; monitors key activities leading to overall increase in customer satisfaction index in the respective TATA Brands.
• Develops and executes promotional requirements for TATA Brands - FORCE MOTORS, INTRA V20, OR TATA TRUCKS/ BUSES
• Creates specific Tata brand awareness in the market of jurisdiction.
• Follows up customers through mails and phone contacts to achieve set sales targets
• Penetrates new markets and business opportunities for the brand.
• Provides market intelligence to the Line Manager and closes deals in the earliest possible time.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and comfort with the product.
• Attends trade exhibitions, conferences and submits reports in a timely manner.
• Makes visits plan and executes the visits plan on the daily basis
• Submits daily unit report and pipeline status to the Sales Manager.
• Attends trade exhibitions, conferences & submits reports on field work and pipeline generated
• Liaises with the Workshop Manager, guides customer on aftersales support
• Ensures customer satisfaction and comfort with the product and services.
• Follows up the Sales Process as per the SOP

Minimum qualification and working experience for the above roles:
• Bachelor's degree with minimum of two (2) years' sales experience
• Understanding of Auto Industry business is added advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• IT literate. Customer focused and team player.
• Proof of previous sales success desirable. Driving skills with a valid driver's license.

Commercial Sales Executive
Job Description

• Support CID volume targets of Construction and Infrastructure development portfolio
• Execution of the Affiliates B2B strategy for the Construction and Infrastructure Development Segment
• Study the market to understand and/or identify changes in clients requirements/needs and competitor initiatives with the view of adopting the company’s B2B approach and developing solutions to meet these requirements within the segment
• Develop and maintain an effective relationship with the customers
• Manage tenders and lead the effort on prospection, acquisition and growth of the segment
• Take ownership of processes aimed at delivering the overall objective of commercial results and maintain alignment with TEMUL commercial strategy
• Follow up on new and maintenance of Consignment site projects
• Manage the cost and pricing of the products, services and solutions offered to clients in the segment to ensure the sales volume and margins generated are aligned to the company’s objectives.
• Monitor and contribute accounts of each their clients versus the targets set per customer, profitability studies for projects and conduct postmortem analysis for the projects within their portfolio.
• In charge of decade and monthly invoicing of customers
• Ensure accounts are within the terms set in the contract as well as internally for financial risk management (e.g. invoicing, credit limit, credit days, overdues, quarterly balance statements confirmation, comments for credit board)
• Support Oil and Gas projects requirements (pricing and invoicing of clients)
• Quarterly HSEQ Site audits and monthly safety reporting (2/month)
• Prepare a weekly/monthly activity calendar with agenda and defined outcomes for implementation / Improvement of overall segment productivity and management
• Act as the project manager for solutions offered to clients, ensuring timely and satisfactory execution
• Continually improve the working systems for efficiency and control.
• Implement and monitors corporate health, Safety, environment and quality Standards/requirements in all the B2B activities.
• Work with Technical to close any gaps between customer and technical team
Candidate profile
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, International Business or any other related Degree from a reputable University.
• At least one year of working in sales in a similar or related industry.
• Customer oriented and positive attitude
