JOB DETAILS:

In this position, you will learn how to use and master Facebook ad manager, power editor, create audiences, and the secrets to Facebook ads that convert. If you already have a little experience with Facebook ads, even better. After training, you will then be responsible executing Facebook Ad campaigns for lead generation & sales for clients across the company.

Key Responsibilities
1. Writing Copy for Facebook Ads
2. Creating some graphics for Facebook Ads
3. Generating leads and sales using Facebook Ads
4. Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
5. Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
6. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
7. Testing variations of ads to determine best performing
8. Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads
9. Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns
10. Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
11. Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.

Qualifications
1. BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
2. Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola.
3. Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
4. Good written communication skills
5. Ability to do some graphic design work
6. Detailed-oriented and organized
7. Enjoys learning new things


JOB DETAILS:

Position Objective:
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the position holder will ensure development of assigned territory through achieving sales and collection target through expanding the customer and product base by providing all required services to the customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide production support/advice to customers, supporting sales of the products and services to help them win market share.
2. Continually keep up to date with market trends and technologies developed inside and outside of the company so as to ensure they always add value to our customers
3. Ensure a solid development of sales, predominantly through sales growth with existing customers
4. Introduce new products, concepts and R&D results to customers.
5. Assessing the relative nutritional values of various feeds together with technical teams from Head Office.
6. Visiting farms and advice on health and nutrition and analyzing nutritional disorders while suggesting appropriate products
7. Working with customers to formulate diets that meet their requirements/objectives
8. Reaching the sales budget/targets as set out by the company

Qualifications:
1. University degree in Animal science / Animal Health or related field of study
2. At least 2 years’ technical sales experience in the industry
3. Proven technical and commercial focus and experience in the industry
4. Excellent relationship management and internal and external teaming skills
5. Technical know-how on animal production management driven by strong advisory skills
6. Proven track record in value selling
7. A strong knowledge of the market and customer base
8. Ability to undertake independent research and give advice
9. Numeracy skills
10. Self-management and self-motivation
11. Ability to write reports and keep good records
12. Specific experience in poultry sector


JOB DETAILS:

Our client is looking for a Branding and Marketing Manager to perform duties such as communicating with company executives, marketing personnel and public figures, completing research into industry trends and public perception and aiding in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen their client’s brand identity.

Key responsibilities
1. Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
2. Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
3. Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
4. Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
5. Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing assistants, marketing managers and chief marketing officers)
6. Managing budgets and a team of junior assistants
7. Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
