  • Location: Based in Moyo - Gwere and Laropi
  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Identify the need for workers and communicate to superiors for approval.
    2. Manage recruitment activities (advertising, shortlisting, interviews, recruitment, contracts, personnel files) in the community.
    3. Maintain a recruitment database and develop a talent pool.
    4. Provide orientation for new employees (information packets, company policies, benefits, document signatures).
    5. Ensure employment contracts are signed off.
    6. Track contract durations and expirations.
    7. Collect and store workers’ information in a database.
    8. Liaise with staff to identify and assess training needs.
    9. Deliver and oversee training with the line manager.
    10. Supervise workers.
    11. Monitor and compile attendance reports.
    12. Prepare reports on workers’ attendance, training, and welfare.
    13. Serve as the first point of contact for HR information, policy guidelines, and issue resolution.
    14. Support communication and feedback channels for employee engagement.
    15. Support staff exit and separation processes, maintaining records.
    16. Participate in departmental and cross-departmental meetings and prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Educational Background and Skills:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
    • A First Aid certificate is an added advantage.
    • 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in human resources.
    • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of HR information.
    • High levels of confidentiality and self-esteem.
    • Well-organized, process-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to perform with limited supervision.
