Invitation to bid Under Open Domestic Bidding for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Bedside Patient Monitors - UHI/SUPLS/25-26/04388

1. The Uganda Heart Institute has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of the following:

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a).

5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One hundred thousand only).

6. The method of payment will be through a bank slip to the Uganda Heart Institute A/C No. 0140030000028, Bank of Uganda. The bank slip should be presented to the Uganda Heart Institute Cash Office for issuance of a receipt.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11:00am on February 26th, 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 25,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Twenty-Five Million Four Only). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(b) at 11:30am on February 26th, 2024.
