Are you passionate about connecting brands with creative solutions? Do you thrive in a fast-
paced, design-driven environment? Our dynamic branding agency is looking for a Sales and
Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow our client base while amplifying our
brand presence.
What You'll Do:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in need of branding, design, printing, and
digital marketing services.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop and deliver persuasive pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Close deals and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and upsell additional services.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote the agency’s
services.
- Manage content creation for social media, email marketing, and website updates.
- Create compelling marketing materials like case studies, brochures, and portfolios.
- Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation.
- Coordinate agency participation in events, expos, and networking opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing—agency experience is a big plus!
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, design, and digital marketing.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client interactions.
- Proficient in tools like Canva, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
