JOB DETAILS:

Support the execution of day-to-day activities involved in formulation, monitoring and implementation of strategies for UNOC's Support Functions.

Essential Duties:

1. Support strategy formulation for Support Functions through data gathering, research, and stakeholder consultations.
2. Develop strategy frameworks and tools.
3. Monitor and evaluate performance against KPIs.
4. Conduct competitor and market research.
5. Prepare departmental progress reports.
6. Align functional plans with UNOC's Business Plan.
7. Coordinate periodic strategy reviews.
8. Consolidate annual work plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification in Strategy Management (e.g., BSC, SMP) preferred.
• 6+ years' experience (3+ in strategy/performance management).

Skills:
Strategic vision, analytical skills, proficiency in statistical tools, stakeholder management.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
