Who you are

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define detailed PRDs & stories for new features and improvements.
  • Market research to identify opportunities and challenges in our landscape.
  • Analyze competitor products and industry trends to inform product enhancements and new feature development.
  • Gather user feedback through direct user interactions (in the field and in the office, in person and remotely)
  • Serve as a bridge between users and the product organization
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define new features and improvements based on market demands and user feedback.
  • Prioritize features based on strategic goals, user impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality, timely product releases.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Team player, previous experience working in a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years as a product manager collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, operations, finance).
  • Mindset: User-focused with a keen eye on metrics.
  • Detail-oriented: Experience in crafting detailed design requirements.
  • Team Player: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable in a dynamic environment, adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking, translating market insights into actionable plans.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Engaging: Easily and effectively communicate with clients and meet them where they are
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem solver.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Background in a financial environment.
