JOB TITLE: Catering Staff

JOB FUNCTION

Responsible for supporting catering and camp operations including food preparation assistance, dish washing, housekeeping, and laundry services, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper living conditions for personnel in the camp.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist in food preparation and serving meals as directed by the cook/chef.
• Responsible for cleaning kitchen, dining areas, and food preparation areas.
• Be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and ensuring proper sanitation.
• Be responsible for housekeeping duties including cleaning rooms, offices, and common areas.
• To carry out laundry services including washing, drying, ironing, and proper storage of linen and clothing.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in laundry and storage areas.
• To ensure proper waste management and disposal in accordance with camp regulations.
• Assist in receiving, handling, and storing food supplies and cleaning materials.
• To follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of O-Level certificate or equivalent
• At least 1 year working experience in catering, housekeeping, or similar environment.
• Experience in camp operations or oil & gas environment is an added advantage.
