EMERGENCY PROCUREMENT OF 7,740 ACRES OF LAND FOR THE RESETTLEMENT OF DISASTER VICTIMS IN ELGON REGION

1. Office of the Prime Minister invites you to submit a bid for land located in Elgon Region for the resettlement of disaster victims in the steep slopes of Mount Elgon Area.

2. The procurement process shall be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, CAP 205, 2003 and PPDA Regulations, 2023.

3. Please submit your bid which should comprise of the Bid Submission Sheet indicating the price and acreage (in the format provided), your particulars (National ID, Passport Photo or Certificate of Registration) and evidence of ownership of the land in form of Land title.

4. Your bid should be received at Office of the Prime Minister, Procurement and Disposal Unit on 9th April, 2026 by 2:00pm.
