Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex weather systems, atmospheric patterns, and data for AI training purposes.

• Collaborate with AI engineering teams to provide expert insights on meteorological processes and data interpretation.
• Develop and refine guidelines for best practices in labeling and categorizing weather phenomena for machine learning applications.
• Evaluate AI model outputs, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly via written reports and virtual meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in meteorology and incorporate relevant knowledge into project work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in meteorology or a closely related field.
• In-depth knowledge of weather systems and atmospheric processes.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze weather maps, satellite images, and radar data.

• Experience collaborating in remote, interdisciplinary teams.
