Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale mechanization models that improve farmer productivity.
• Lead integrated systems that connect technology, service delivery and field operation.

Qualifications

• A professional with 7+ years experience in agricultural programs, mechanization or rural service delivery models.
• Experienced in managing large-scale, field-based, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Knowledgeable in mechanization value chains, smallholder farming systems or agri-enterprise development.
• Skilled in coordinating teams, partners and technical service providers.
• Passionate about youth employment, workforce development and inclusive agricultural growth.

Location: Kampala, Uganda

NOTE: Application will be accepted from Ugandan Citizens or those with a valid Ugandan work permit (no relocation/remote arrangements)
