Job Duties:

  • Proactively identify and attract new loan clients through community engagement and networking.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of individual and group loan applications, including verifying financial information and assessing repayment capacity.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring proper documentation is completed and submitted.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan files, records, and client information in line with company policies.
  • Monitor loan repayments, follow up on arrears, and support clients with repayment plans where necessary.
  • Provide financial literacy and advisory support to clients to promote responsible borrowing.
  • Prepare regular reports on loan performance and portfolio quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Microfinance, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in lending, credit analysis or related roles from reputable financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with loan products and lending regulations
