JOB DETAILS:
Description
Kray Microfinance is hiring a Relationship Officer – Personal Loans (5) to manage end-to-end salary loan processes from employer engagement to loan disbursement and repayment monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard employers & engage HR/Finance teams
- Process & appraise salary loan applications
- Ensure compliance & proper documentation
- Facilitate disbursements & monitor repayments
- Deliver excellent customer service & cross-sell products
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 2+ years in microfinance, banking, or lending
- Strong sales, credit appraisal & communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & loan systems
Competencies:
- Integrity & professionalism
- Customer-focused & problem solver
- Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
