We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Administration Manager to support the administration team. You'll assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing administrative functions, including HR, facilities, and operations Coordinate daily activities, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
Provide administrative support to senior management and team members
Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
Perform special projects and tasks as assigned Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 2years of experience in administration or related field.
MUST be having a valid driving permit
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
