• You care about open educational resources. You have experience working with open educational resources and understand the work that needs to be done to create assessments, and re-organize a collection of diverse resources so that they are as easy for teachers to use as a textbook. You will be working with openly available resources in English from the Kolibri Library.
• You care about inter-sectoral issues. Your work will cover a range of issues related to using education for technology, including but not limited to community-based design, considerations for effective edtech integration, and ensuring inclusive and safe learning environments for displaced learners.
• You are passionate about generating public goods. The results of this project will inform ongoing development of tools to streamline the curriculum alignment process.
• You understand the Ugandan education system. You are familiar with the new competency-based curriculum and understand the system more broadly.

• You’re familiar with the Kolibri Learning Platform and/or Kolibri Studio. You will be using the Kolibri Studio curricular tool to map the open resources to the national curriculum, so familiarity with the platform and how it can be used in blended learning environments with the Kolibri Learning Platform is beneficial.
