Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy salon in Makindye. The ideal candidate should be skilled in salon management, client relations, and team coordination, with a strong background in hairdressing and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all salon staff and daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage salon appearance, cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards.
• Lead marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new clients and increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and industry regulations.
• Monitor daily sales, manage petty cash, and oversee financial recordkeeping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely restocking of products and supplies.
• Provide mentorship, support, and scheduling for salon staff.
• Conduct client consultations to understand styling needs and provide professional recommendations.
• Organize in-house training and skill-building sessions for team development.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of a Certificate in Hairdressing or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and at least one other local language.
• Must be professional, responsible, and self-driven.
• Should possess a positive attitude and a genuine interest in beauty and client care.
