JOB OPPORTUNITY: Social Media Executive
Sector: Manufacturing

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Social Media Executive will manage and grow the company’s presence across digital and social media platforms. The role focuses on showcasing the manufacturing firm’s products, processes, innovations, and brand values to customers, partners, and stakeholders. This position requires a balance of creativity, technical understanding, and strategic thinking.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, images, videos, reels, stories) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Translate technical manufacturing concepts, products, and processes into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content
- Coordinate with production, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to gather accurate content and updates
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including comments, messages, and community engagement
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, and growth
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management (B2B or manufacturing industry preferred)
